We provide spiritual eduction for children and young people up to age 20. Sunday School begins at 10 am.
Children of similar ages are grouped together in classes where they learn about God's love and to learn about Christ Jesus' teachings.
Learning is based on the Bible and the Christian Science textbook and includes topics like the Ten Commandments, the Sermon on the Mount and stories from the lives of Biblical characters.
Older students often like to bring questions and discuss issues relating to their daily lives. Referring to the weekly Bible Lessons set out in the Christian Science Quarterly, they find help, inspiration, and spiritual solutions.
For very young children, a staffed child care room is provided where they can play in a safe, supervised and caring environment while their parents attend the church service.
During the summer, we continue to provide a Sunday School. However, six summer camps offer fun, enrichment, and deeper understanding of Christian Science in daily activities. At other times of the year, they offer adult and family sessions. It is inspiring to be surrounded by the loving support of like-minded individuals! Consider attending one of the six Christian Science camps! Camp links and financial support information can be found at The Campership Fund website.
